This property experienced a devastating fire that ravaged a considerable portion of its structure. In 2020, we undertook an extensive rehabilitation and remodeling project to restore it to its former glory. The renovation process involved completely stripping the property down to its studs, allowing us to start fresh. We installed new framing and trusses to ensure structural integrity and introduced modern flooring that enhances the aesthetic appeal.
Upgraded insulation was added for improved energy efficiency, while new lighting fixtures were chosen to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The plumbing was carefully replaced, ensuring the highest standards of functionality throughout the home. We crafted custom cabinetry, transforming the kitchen into a heartwarming space, and completely updated the bathrooms with contemporary finishes. Each bedroom was reimagined to maximize comfort and style, making the property not just a dwelling, but a beautiful home once again.
